International Attendees

International visitors attending the event are advised to register in advance prior to traveling to the meeting to avoid long wait times. We recommend you register by June 8, 2024, through fax, mail, or the ADLM website.

Two ways to register:

1. Register for Expo Only.
2. Complete registration form and fax or mail as directed to ADLM headquarters.

You can upgrade your Expo Only registration to the Conference registration.

Applying for a Visa

To prepare for your trip to ADLM 2024 in Chicago, IL, USA, we encourage you to find out as early as possible if you need a Visa.

Citizens of specific countries can visit the U.S. without a Visa through the Visa Waiver Program. If you do require a Visa, it is advisable to apply at least 5 months prior to your intended travel date.

As part of your Visa application, you will also need a letter of invitation from ADLM. Request a letter of invitation today.

Trade Event Partnership Program (TEPP)

ADLM 2024 is participating in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Trade Event Partnership Program (TEPP), which connects international customers and buyers with U.S.-based suppliers. The Department of Commerce will be in the International Trade Center booth in the Expo Hall from Tuesday, July 30-Thursday, August 1.
