Roundtable sessions are closed to the press due to their small attendance size, but we will be happy to schedule interviews with roundtable speakers.
Registered media are allowed to take photos and video record in the exhibit hall, but only after receiving prior approval from the ADLM Communications team and arranging for an ADLM staff member to escort the photography or film crew. Registered media must also receive approval from the exhibitors whose booths they are photographing/videotaping.
Registered media may not take photos or videotape any ADLM sessions.
Requests to take photographs or videotape in other parts of the convention center outside the exhibit hall and sessions will be reviewed and approved by the ADLM Communications team on a case-by-case basis.
To submit a photography/videotaping request and/or to arrange for an escort in the exhibit hall, please send the following information to ADLM Senior Manager of Communications & PR, Christine DeLong:
The information contained in the abstracts selected for presentation at ADLM 2024 is embargoed until the date and time the abstracts are presented at the meeting.
The information contained in the meeting’s scientific sessions is embargoed until the date and time the sessions are presented at the meeting.
The media, companies and institutions issuing press releases, and others are required to abide by this embargo policy.
There will be an onsite press room at McCormick Place.
As a media registrant, you can pick up your badge and other meeting materials in the onsite press room when you first arrive at the convention center.
The press room offers WiFi and charging stations, and you are welcome to make yourself comfortable here to work on stories. Additionally, free breakfast and lunch will be available for registered press Monday-Thursday of the meeting, and afternoon refreshments will be available Sunday.
Please note that you must be registered as media to use the press room. Company and public relations representatives may enter the room to drop off press materials, but are not permitted beyond the entryway table.
There will be an interview room at McCormick Place where registered media can conduct interviews for editorial news coverage. Use of this room for interviews is by appointment only and is subject to availability.
Media interviews may also be conducted in the ADLM press room or within the confines of a company’s booth as long as the photography and videotaping policies of the ADLM exhibit hall are observed.
To reserve the interview room, please contact Christine DeLong.
Press conferences will be held at ADLM on Tuesday, July 30 and Wednesday, July 31 at McCormick Place.
An initial list of registered media expected to attend ADLM 2024 will be made available in July 2024. Requests for the media list will be accepted starting June 14, 2024. For more information, please contact Christine DeLong.
