Can ADLM non-members submit a proposal?

Yes. AACC membership is not required for proposal submission, though we hope you consider joining ADLM as a member. However, a free ADLM account is required for proposal submission and to be listed as a proposal speaker. Create a free ADLM account here.

Can I submit more than one proposal?

Yes. Multiple proposal submissions are welcome, but please note that an individual may only serve in a maximum of two sessions and/or courses (excludes roundtables). We highly recommend focusing on a single or small number of proposal submissions per submitter. Read the proposal guidelines.

Where can I get a copy of my submission?

Once a proposal is saved as a draft OR full submitted, you may visit the Proposal Service Center to view draft proposals or editing and/or submitted proposals for a copy. To print a copy, click the “View Abstract” icon and then print a copy or save as a PDF.

How do I know if my speakers completed their disclosures?

Submitters may visit the Proposal Service Center to view the status of submitted proposals including the status of speaker disclosures. Click “View Author Status” to see if disclosures are complete. Contact us at [email protected] if you or your speaker(s) are experiencing trouble completing this step.

Can I edit my proposal once it is submitted?

No, a proposal cannot be edited once fully submitted. Contact us at [email protected] with questions regarding changes to submitted proposals.

When will I know if my proposal is accepted?

Proposal submitters will be notified of decisions by email on or near March 1, 2024.

If my proposal is accepted, what are the speaker benefits?

Speaker benefits depend on the role of the individual and type of session accepted. Read Speaker Benefits on the "How to Submit" page.
