International Attendees

Nearly 30% of the AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo’s attendees come from outside the U.S. Read on to learn more about important information for international attendees.

COVID-19 Travel Restrictions

Currently, the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) require all air passengers entering the U.S. (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative SARS-CoV-2 test taken within 3 calendar days of departure OR proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days. Learn more here.

Additionally, please be aware that at this time, as part of U.S. efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19, several Presidential proclamations have suspended and limited entry into the U.S. of all noncitizens who were physically present within specific countries during the 14-day period preceding their entry into the U.S.

Visit CDC’s site to view the most up-to-date list of these countries as well as links to the official proclamations.

U.S. COVID-19 travel restrictions are constantly evolving, and may change as we get closer to the meeting. If in the end you are unable to come to Atlanta due to these restrictions, though, you can still experience select highlights of the meeting online with a Digital Pass Select registration.
